- NJNick JJun 27, 20261.0Absolutely horrible service. Can’t deliver packages on time, often flagged as “no secure location available” hours before actual delivery, but what this actually means is they don’t want to get out of their vehicle and put a package on the porch, or they never even put the package in their vehicle to begin with but the post office doesn’t have it either. Very helpful when you’ve been waiting days for an urgent package. Also can’t manage to close the mailbox when they do deliver, resulting in mail and packages constantly being damaged if it’s raining. My favorite part is when neighbors get my mail or I get my neighbors mail, which happens weekly, and we get to hand deliver the correct mail ourselves since the postal worker can’t possibly be bothered to actually read an address and match it to a box. What on earth is going on behind the scenes at this post office that this is the best we can do?

I know nothing will be done about it because a separate incident happened and we got a "we are protected and do whatever we want" attitude. Snobby and filthy mouth people. Horrible behavior and horrible experience. Now im worried all my future mail and packages will be opened without my permission. Wish I never moved here. No where to file for damaged or opened package only damaged or lost items.

You call the number and this ai designed to stone wall you prevents you from speaking to an actual person over and over. Wouldnt even let me put in the tracking number because it disconnects me if I take too long punching in 30 digit code on the phones keypad.
