  This FedEx is the best. I am consistently unable to complete my order using FedEx online platform and the team at this store always works with me despite the fact that I have to send my orders via email. The turnaround time on print requests is incredibly fast, almost always same day for me. Everyone I deal with at this store is knowledgeable, professional, and so very helpful. Keep up the great work!

  Excellent customer service!! Matt and Ryan are such a pleasure to work with. They always get all of my projects completed in a timely manner. They are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. This is the only FedEx office in the area I like to use!

  Dave, the employee on duty, provided outstanding service to me. I needed to get an envelope out on a Saturday to my office. I'm a trucker. The service we usually ship our delivery paperwork through has no pickups over the weekend. If you miss the Fridsy pickup, you're SOL until Monday. I was in Waddy, KY and found this location open on Saturday, with a listed pu time of 2 pm. It said it was in Walmart, which meant I could find parking for my 18-wheeler and shop too. It wasn't until I got ready to navigate to the location that I realized, despite the address being on Shelbyville Rd. The location was 10 miles away in Walmart at Middletown. This meant I might not get there by the pickup time. I called Dave to see how close they came to 2 pm pickup. He said it vould be as late as 3, so I decided to go for it. He took my number, agreeing to call me if the pickup occurred before my arrival. As I was walking into the entrance at Walmart, my phone rang. It was FedEx. I walked the few steps to the FedEx counter, held up my phone and said, "Hello!" We had a good laugh. He got the pu driver to wait for me. She was also very pleasant and professional. Kudos to Fed Ex , AND DAVE, for saving my bacon.
