- CCcaution4 days ago1.0Went in over a past resident of my address who has been forwarding her mail to ours. The young ginger man in the front quite literally laughed the entire time while claiming there was absolutely nothing that could be done, even when requesting a change of address form on her behalf as current tenants. He then instructed us to throw away her mail, despite asserting that it is first class postage. Simply wanted to offput us to someone else and left us utterly at a loss. Edit; We called the covington usps center, we were able to get our situation handled, but we essentially told what I already knew, and that the man at the counter most definitely should have been able to get us the help needed at the ludlow location. I have no experience with other staff unfortunately, but clearly he needs some level of retraining.
