Literally every time I’m in here, someone is giving the person at the counter a hard time about something they’re unhappy about (something that is NOT the fault of the counter person), and the counter person is ALWAYS gracious, kind and patient. I would hate to have their job, and I’m so grateful they’re willing to do it. Thank you to everyone who works here at the Cherokee Branch🧡

They need to investigate what's going one here because when a package is scanned in the system for delivery and that same day goes "missing" it means something is not right! This office should be shut down or restaffed with honest employees and mail carriers.
