I’ve had a post office box here for a few years, and have noticed on more than one occasion that my medical-related mail never seems to make it to my box. I’m a veteran, and occasionally receive mail from the VA, but those letters never made their way to my PO Box, despite being pictured in my emails. The last straw was when a copy of my entire medical record was sent, it showed up in my email, but then never made it to me. I can’t imagine where that ended up, which is particularly distressing because it is my private information. I changed my address with the VA so that their mail would come directly to my home, and now I receive all of my VA letters. Recently, my civilian provider sent a letter unexpectedly (correspondence is usually digital). Though the letter showed up in my email, it never made it to my PO Box. Now, I can see that medical mail from multiple sources are being diverted elsewhere. I filed a complaint online, and was contacted by the manager Kelly. While speaking on the phone, Kelly was repeating the details of my complaint to me, and had the details wrong. When I attempted to correct her, she started loudly speaking over me, repeating the wrong details again. I refuse to be disrespected. I let her know that I didn’t appreciate her attitude and I ended the call. She immediately called back, I repeated my boundary and told her not to contact me again. She called me two more times, leaving a rude voicemail, then had someone else named Jennifer call me several times. A few days later, there was a hand delivered note from Kelly at my home, in my mailbox. I can only ascertain that Kelly is a rude stalker with zero respect for people or their boundaries. How she became a manager, I have no idea. However, I can understand how this location is so disappointing and sketchy, thanks to her leadership. Do better.
