- BBBetty4 days ago1.0⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Avoid this post office... This post office is the worse branch in the whole city... I would go even further by saying, the worse one I've ever been to in my life. After buying a I have 2 houses in other big cities besides this house in the Highlands and A condo in Key Largo. I do alot of traveling. Seen hundreds of post offices. I have a friend that works for the United States Postal Service. Every week for the last 30 years, I spend $300 to $1500 on average every week. This branch has made me regret using the Postal Service. I'm going to be switching services. I refuse to be treated unprofessional. Its not been once or twice. Its been several times! They come in late, take a 2/3 hour lunch. Its ridiculous... The list goes on and on. I wish I knew how to report this. I am 75 yrs old. NEVER IN MY LIFE... NOT ONCE IN 75 YEARS. HAVE I COMPLAINED OR REPORTED ANYONE. THIS IS THE FIRST... EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THIS BRANCH NEEDS FIRED! It makes me sick how this branch is ran. This is a GOOD example of how GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES USE OUR TAX DOLLARS.
