It’s now Wednesday and it’s been stuck at this distribution center for days. I leave tomorrow and I don’t have what I need for my trip. I now have to figure out a last minute solution- which means spending more money as well. Very disappointing.

- KWKe'Aira WoodenJun 17, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE: DO NOT HAVE YOUR PASSPORT PICTURE OR APPLICATION PREPARED AT THE GARDINER LANE LOCATION. I had my photo and passport prepared there. I paid for the expedited process and the photo. A new employee prepared it, and I still remained patient throughout the process. My passport application was rejected due to the photo taken by USPS. They did retake the photo, but USPS required me to pay the expedited fee again. The new employee admitted fault and management could have covered the express fee, but rudly refused.

Never in my 22 years of living all over the US have I experienced so many delays or lost packages like I have with this distribution center in the last three years. I understand weather delays, but at this rate, more often than not, that seems like a convenient excuse to cover up the real issues: mismanagement and inefficiency. This facility needs a complete overhaul. Packages shouldn't be sitting for days or weeks at a time there. Ridiculous.
- JWjim worrallJun 14, 20261.0Shortest hours of any big city central post office in America. USPS has been in steep decline since 2008. Although they have few customers, expect a long wait because the lazy, incompetent staff are more interested in horse play and socializing rather than doing their job. For decades America had the 2nd best Post Office in the world. Now we aren't even in the top 50. Far too many people have been hired as a result of political patronage rather than merit over the majority of the last 18 years.
