In particular, an employee named Winnie treated us in a way that felt discriminatory and showed absolutely no empathy or professionalism. She was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help or communicate respectfully. No customer should ever be treated this way. I hope management takes complaints like this seriously and provides better customer service training. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a post office.
