- EAEm AutumnJun 22, 20261.0Walked into this post office today (they never answer the phone) to ask about TWO missing packages (incoming and outgoing). I stood in line for about 30 minutes for them to tell me “we don’t know where they are.” They said it might have missed being scanned. They said maybe it was delayed because of the holiday. They said to try calling the post office that I dropped the outgoing package off at. They said there was nothing they could really do from their end. The incoming package has been sitting at the Louisville distribution center since 6/17, and the outgoing package was last scanned on 6/15 when it departed the Fern Creek post office. I’ve had mail get delayed and go missing before, but never multiple packages at once.

Rude, had an appointment was told they would tell them we are here and the lady is still taking customers. Hasn't said anything to anyone. Rudest employees and no care or regard for anyone but themselves. Disgusting acting people. Was trying to get a passport and out of all my federal licensing, ids, documents they tell me, my birth certificate i have used to get passports, federal licenses, ids including my real id isn't good. That i need to contact where I was born and get another one. These people are horrible, unprofessional, and just all around not helpful.
