- ISIan SmithAug 28, 20262.0JTown post office is always hit/miss. Sometime okay service, sometimes not. Delivery is messy and we've had a week here or there with no service. Latest tax return for HOA didn't get delivered due to postage and then sat somewhere for 5 months.

I consistently receive my neighbors mail and have to deliver it myself. USPS is anything but dependable and needs more accountability.
