It’s unacceptable to advertise one closing time and shut the doors earlier. Customers depend on accurate hours. This wasted my trip and shows a lack of respect for people’s time. Please either stay open until the posted closing time or update your hours accordingly.
- LCLiuva CrespoJun 19, 20261.0Very disappointed with this USPS location. The posted closing time is 5:00 PM, but when I arrived at 4:45 PM, the office was already closed. Customers should be able to rely on the posted business hours. In addition, the staff has not been friendly or helpful during my visits. Poor customer service and closing early create a frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues and improves service for customers.

- KRKimeisha RiedleyMar 31, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Janelle is very rude. I had a passport appointment for my daughter. I got there with my husband 30 minutes early. After waiting an hour there and 30 minutes past our appointment time my husband had to leave so I asked Janelle if there’s any way she could help us out as it was my 3rd time going there with my 7 month old trying to submit this application and she was very rude when responding. My husband signed the application and left. After waiting for another hour Janelle called me up to let me know that they can’t do the appointment without my husband because she didn’t witness him signing and I said to her she could’ve literally did that when I previously asked for her assistance and the other clerk said she could’ve done that. This is my 3rd time taking time from work and coming here to do this. I’m never going back to this office again. I was told by other customers to go downtown if I want to get this done on time and with better customer service. If you guys don’t want to help people don’t become civil servants.
