I’m on her route 40299 she lets my whole entire cul-de-sac know she’s privileged, untouched and we should be grateful we’re getting our mail 2/3 months late! I’m sooooo over it!! Seven houses and if one car is parked no one gets their mail such a joke. I’m so over it!! That is why we have gone paperless and auto pay, but it doesn’t interfere with anything that we need!! Time for a NEW post master I guess EVERYONE has complain for years and look at the one star rating. You can only get a one star because we all have something negative to say.!!

We were not notified of them canceling morning appointment and was told to leave a phone number and she would call us when he came in later. No phone call and so we came back to post office and person had left for the day.
- DBDiane BordersMay 14, 20261.0Lost our best mailman after living here for over 30 years due to him retiring. Never had any issues with him or the branch until now. I suggest going elsewhere where your respected as a customer. Have had two horrible experiences just this year. Manager is horrible and does not follow up when taking a complaint, my name and number. Stood in line back in March to mail two items. Was probably 5th in line. One girl at counter with long blonde dreads, told two women who came in she was closing at 4:00, when time on door clearly stated 5:00/5:30. Then when these women confirmed the hours, girl proceeded to drop a pkg in back hallway and stated loud enough for all of us to hear….” I don't need to keep explaining myself on why I’m closing early”!! Manager came out to only accept anything anyone was dropping off instead of helping next in line. I proceeded to say whatever happened to next in line, then one of my letters mailed to my granddaughter for her retreat never arrived at her school. I guarantee that lazy worker threw it away. Our new mail lady driver was smoking in her truck as well! Had to file a complaint on this too! So sad what this country has come to, no customer service and these people want more money to not care enough to provide good customer service!!! Pathetic!
