- ECEvan Cummings2 days ago1.0This post office needs more than just an investigation done, they need auditors to tear everything apart and find out what's going on here?! I've had so many issues this past year with not receiving mail, missing mail entirely, and the mailman not picking up mail even when I have package pickup scheduled and then they mark it as picked up when it never even was! A few months pack the mailman even took a fedex package right off my porch, they offered no help besides giving me the runaround and I was then out of money for that package they stole from another carrier !!
- JRJuan Carlos Martinez RamirezJun 23, 20261.0Hoy Martes 23 de Junio del año 2026 a las 4:47 PM La Señora que atiende descargo toda una furia desmedida por razones inexplicables, si verifican las cámaras pueden ver claramente que solo hay una persona alterada y queriendo que se haga solo la opción de envio que ella quiere que se haga, y como aun no soy fluido con el ingles, y noté su falta de consideración abusivo sobre mi por eso, entonces le hablo a alguien y a esa persona sin decirle nada también le fué bastante grosera, se molestó porque dijo que no necesitaba nada de eso, por lo visto no queria que todo se aclarase. Yo al ver esa falta de educación y ese modo alterado de hablar, preferí por vergüenza ajena irme en silencio para no llegar al grado de irrespeto con el que ella se maneja, a lo cual al irme siguió con sus gestos insultantes en voz alta. Solo me ha pasado eso en esa oficina, como era de esperarse al llegar a UPS solo fue maravillosamente bien, en un ambiente de educación me dieron toda la información y opciones de envio para saber por cual de las opciones enviaba. Definitivamente no creo volver ahí a menos que algún dia vaya y esa señora, la de contextura delgada continue en esa sucursal. Es terrible su trato y falta de educación. Sucursal 40258
- EEEricJun 12, 20265.0I had a problem with my package tracking and Cindy was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped me along with several of the other associates in the mail room with tracking and looking at pictures. They went above and beyond great service all around. i’ve come here for years and the attendants are always very nice and helpful. I’ve never experienced in anything other than the best.

It only has two handicapped parking spaces and NO ♿️ doors to automatically open or a button to push to enter or exit. I struggled with a walking cane and a small but heavy box to open the outter and enter doors. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
