The staff here were so helpful and patient with me! I had a bunch of orders to send out, and they were able to assist with getting all of these sent out efficiently and without any surprise costs. Thank you!

If I could give a 0 I would. There is one lady in particular (working today 11am the only female) who is consistently abrupt and rude, even when there’s no line. Very little eye contact, brash when speaking and offers little assistance let alone a smile which makes it apparent she hates her job.
She wouldn’t let me use a stapler and said that was for them and not for customers to use
Interacting with her ruins my day every time I visit which is regularly. I no longer want to go to this location because of her terrible customer service and communication. Unfortunately she leaves a lasting impression in a bad way.
Such a shame. Her absence would make this establishment better
I absolutely love one of the gentleman workers who is upbeat and positive and wish I had his name to share

This is one of those instances where perhaps google should allow 0 stars. Twice this post office has failed to actually mail my packages correctly. The first time they didn't actually stick the shipping label on the package, fortunately it turned up back on my doorstep since I had a return address on there and we were able to eventually get it sorted. The second time I used this post office, I watched them put the label on it, thought that we were good, and then checked the tracking number to see...absolutely no movement whatsoever. We're now at a week past when it was supposed to be delivered. Was feeling optimistic so I called the USPS help line a couple times throughout this journey, spoke with very nice people who unfortunately did not have much to offer. I guess the old adage about getting fooled once is true...

Just wanted to say that the team here is fast, efficient, and pleasant. Even if there's a long line, it really doesn't take that much time to get through. Also, Damian in particular is fantastic - he's helped me quickly with multiple complex issues/problems, etc. Plus, he has a really cute calendar with kittens on the wall next to his station. Thank you Damian - you've made my life easier on more than one occasion!

Ebony was super great for my passport appt! I came like thirty minutes early, but she helped me immediately and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I thought it’d be a long process, but she made things super easy. Thanks St. Matthews USPS!
