- JTJasmine TuazonMay 14, 20265.0UPDATE June 2026: 1 month after my original review and I still love this location compared to others I have tried locally! Other locations nearer to me ignore clients at the counter watching videos on their phones or hanging out outside the building, give people sass if things are not perfectly ready to scan, etc. However, if I drive 20 minutes out to this location, I am always treated with respect. I been here 1-2x weekly to send out hundreds of letters and packages, and each new person I work with (and some repeats) have been delightful and very helpful with my complex orders. They even consistently give me helpful advice to save on postage and make sure my items are secured for shipping. Thanks again to the team! May 2026: The staff here were so helpful and patient with me! I had a bunch of orders to send out, and they were able to assist with getting all of these sent out efficiently and without any surprise costs. Thank you!
- SFShannon FolletteApr 24, 20261.0If I could give a 0 I would. There is one lady in particular (working today 11am the only female) who is consistently abrupt and rude, even when there’s no line. Very little eye contact, brash when speaking and offers little assistance let alone a smile which makes it apparent she hates her job. She wouldn’t let me use a stapler and said that was for them and not for customers to use Interacting with her ruins my day every time I visit which is regularly. I no longer want to go to this location because of her terrible customer service and communication. Unfortunately she leaves a lasting impression in a bad way. Such a shame. Her absence would make this establishment better I absolutely love one of the gentleman workers who is upbeat and positive and wish I had his name to share
