When I asked for a manager to assist me as he wouldn't he then told me I couldn't access my clients file. I told him I just wanted to turn some paperwork and keys in on her behalf and didn't understand why that was an issue.

Other locations nearer to me ignore clients at the counter watching videos on their phones or hanging out outside the building, give people sass if things are not perfectly ready to scan, etc. However, if I drive 20 minutes out to this location, I am always treated with respect. I been here 1-2x weekly to send out hundreds of letters and packages, and each new person I work with (and some repeats) have been delightful and very helpful with my complex orders. They even consistently give me helpful advice to save on postage and make sure my items are secured for shipping. Thanks again to the team! May 2026: The staff here were so helpful and patient with me! I had a bunch of orders to send out, and they were able to assist with getting all of these sent out efficiently and without any surprise costs. Thank you!
