The lamp arrived destroyed and it was because the lamp wasn't properly packaged. I've used several other UPS stores without issue so I'm certain this is a packing problem, not a shipping problem. The boxes were too small and no void fill was used in the interior box allowing the lamp to shift which caused the glass to crack and the base to crumble. This is such an avoidable mistake particularly when UPS store advertise using Certified Packing Specialists. The owner had a chance to make this right but failed. Simply told me to fill out a damage claim. Very disappointed in this location.
