    Yesterday, July 20, 2026 at 6:25PM, I went in this location to drop a UPS letter pack that was ready to seal up and close, except I needed to add $5 first. I only had a $10 bill, and asked if he could give me two fives. The clerk said that they would not break a bill for me. Then I realized they sell small sundry office-type items. I said, "OH! what if I just buy something small?" The long haired male clerk said, "I said we do not break bills. Have a nice day." I asked, "You're saying if I purchase an item, you won't give me change?" He replied, "You have a nice day." I would not call this excellent customer service. Helping customers resolve issues would have been excellent. My suspicion is that because it was just before their closing that he did not want to have to re-count his change drawer. Or he may just have been a jerk.

    I went to The UPS Store for the first time to laminate some oversized items. Mr. Ben helped me for a long time, even though it was really busy with lots of customers coming in at the last minute. He gave priority to every single person with kindness and respect. I truly appreciate their service, priority, and commitment to customers. Highly recommend!
