  Yes, I just wanna say that Jose worked the days I normally come in there and pick up stuff and return stuff, and he is always there helping me out and making sure I have the best experience. I just store and no matter what, he helps me with anything I need help with, and I recommend this store. They are fast, quick, nice, and Cheap, and they also let you do orders from the USPS store. They will deliver those out for you as long as you have a label, so they are a place to go to to get mail and pick up. I highly recommend them and Jose. I promise you won’t be disappointed

  Rude employee refusing to allow me to pay for my small package to be double boxed. I use this location for the same high value shipment every year. It’s small, so they typically double box it with a smaller box and then pad inside of a slightly larger box to create more padding. I requested that today, and whatever boy was helping me said “Ummm, no.” I said “No? I’ve had it double boxed at this location every year.” He questioned me that it was at this location and then said “Well, no, it’s not happening with me.” I probably should have refused to let him ship it but I was a bit taken aback at how rude he was. I was prepared to pay extra for the extra packing. He never asked me if the box needed a signature but I assumed he would at the end. When I said it needed a signature he acted very annoyed like it was my fault as the customer for not knowing which part of the process that was supposed to be input. It took him maybe 10 seconds to pull up the form again and reprint the label but he acted like it was the end of the world. Overall extremely disappointed with the rude and unsatisfactory service here despite outstanding service in past years. Seems like it might just be this employee, but I’ll be going to another location that can accommodate my (objectively pretty simple) needs of just paying for it to be shipped in 2 boxes. Really hoping my package ends up where it needs to be without incident…
