  Poor customer service. Nickel and dime you to death. Needed a little tape to make a package shipping ready by their standards (not mine) but to use any tape you have to buy an entire roll for 3x the normal cost of packaging tape. Will use fedex instead whenever possible.

  Poor customer service. Nickle and Dime you to death. This should be a convenient location, but they have absolutely unyielding rigidity with their penny pinching. Stopped in to drop off an Amazon return that came as two separate boxes. Tried to return as two separate boxes, but they said it would need to be in one. They did not have any boxes on hand that would work. I asked if they could just be taped together. He said yes, but that I would need to buy a roll of tape for seven dollars. I’ll avoid using this location unless absolutely necessary. The idea of a shipping store not having tape that they can use to better serve their customers is absurd.

  I walked in with 3 returns and didn’t know where to start with shipping because I was unable to print labels myself. Jose did an amazing job with making what seemed to me as a complicated process, so simple & quick. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. Items shipped and day was made!
