- RWRachel WAug 21, 20263.0This is now the third time I have done a TikTok return that normally I would just drop off because I choose the option that says no packaging required. But the last three times now they have made me pay three dollars for a box or a bag to return an item. And they keep telling me they have to, but I chose the free TikTok return option they’re not supposed to be charging you for the packaging. I will frequent another UPS store that understands how to do TikTok returns correctly which sucks because this is the closest one to me
