The staff were so friendly. I took my tablet in the store to work on a banner and business cards. They helped me ensure the quality and sizing was right. Had my print job ready by the next day.

Horrible service !!! I am disabled, and I stood in line for service and check out WELL OVER AN HOUR !!! 😡 They only had 3 employees working the Entire store. Very bad experience. The workers that did show up were AWESOME 👌

I attempted to return two Amazon packages to this facility today and had a negative experience. I have returned at least a dozen items at this location in the past with little issues. There was no line when I arrived. I entered the business and walked to the Online Pickup/Amazon returns counter. The signage was clearly marked, so that was good. No issues there. I was acknowledged by a Staples Staff Member who asked what I needed I stated that I had two Amazon returns. The employee quickly stated they couldn’t take my returns and that they didn’t have “A or B labels.” I said I didn’t know what that meant, and after a very confusing interaction the employee asked to see my QR code. I was so taken aback by the interaction that I fumbled around, and pulled up my code on my device. The employee took out a plastic bag and said, “put it in there.” So I put the return of Levi’s Jean shorts into the bag which the employee slapped a label on. Then the employee gestured to the other item and said “I can’t take that.” I attempted to confirm that I could indeed cancel and alter my return to another location without penalty before I left. However I was shooed away from the counter by this employee before I could do so, so they could help another person who had just joined the line. The complete lack of professionalism and frustration for being unable to fulfill my return at this Amazon return location was anything but convenient. I rarely write negative reviews, everyone is entitled to a bad day. But I can promise that I’ll never be back to this location ever again.
