I have spent hours talking to ikea customer service and RXO. RXO has “guaranteed” delivery on 20th, 22nd, 25th and still nothing. The worst part is RXO has not contacted me one time. Their customer service told me the first failed delivery was due to mechanical failure and the second failed delivery was due to an emergency. I didn’t bother to ask why the delivery failed the 3rd time. I’ve pretty much given up on getting my stuff. I wish I would have read a the reviews before using them. Also, there is no way to get any real info from the company as there out sourced customer service can only see the same info we can see.

I waited for a whole day at home, and then at 5pm, Amazon told me RXO attempted to deliver but cannot contact me, and asked me to contact RXO. I called RXO and found out that the delivery was never attempted and they won't deliver for another week! The worst part, when I asked why, without telling me, RXO transfer me to Amazon customer service. This is how they treat a frustrating customer.
