- BPBrian PawlischApr 2, 20261.0This company now uses Primo water as its name but its operating principles are Cott Water and Coffee. You are not a valued customer but a target. Past practice was to call a day prior to deliver but that has changed with the intent of sticking you with deposit charges. Yep they got me this time so now I must adapt going forward.

They will never deliver on scheduled days, there is no where to return bottles and then once the finally return them, instead of giving you your bottle deposit back, they put a -credit amount on your bill to zero out what they owe you and you'll never see that money. You'll also wait on hold for 30-40 minutes. They'll tell you that you can use the chat function but when you use the chat function, they tell you they can't help you and to call in.

My deliveries keep getting rescheduled every month multiple times.I have to keep purchasing water elsewhere to make do until they decide to show up. After multiple attempts over the past 2 months at scheduling online and calls to customer service, I am still without water! I do not recommend their services any longer.
