People Ready has evolved into a company that tries to place people without felonies. FACTS! The only jobs you can get as a felon through people ready are jobs nobody else wants. Physical Labor every time. Slave labor low pay. There are no good daily tickets for felons. People Ready used to be a per se second chance place to get on your feet as a felon through people ready. Not anymore! Now as a felon they don’t even try to find you work. You can barely get work as a felon . You can leave all the reviews you want, they don’t care! Furthermore the sign on the window says now hiring in Louisville, but they don’t even have enough work for the people with per se people ready veteran workers. They keep hiring people yet they don’t have enough work for the people they have. FACTS You’ll never see a 40 hour week on a daily pay tickets. WONT happen!! FACTS!!! They say they’ll call if something comes up but they don’t call while you sit at home going bankrupt.

They do have their picks and chooses so keep that in mind. They rarely have light work for women to do so keep that in mind also. The chick answering the phone needs customer service skills to be polished. It’s nothing to say Good morning thanks for calling People ready instead of saying People Ready. This place is a not where it is.
