  The worst place ever see in my life they are not professional not knowledgeable they lost package and showing in the same facility and they don’t have any answers for me and the package it’s very important very valuable

  Terrible service i suppose to get my package 5/4 and still i don’t have my package and nobody knows at the fedex location the second one i went where my package was im going to make sure i never use this services again horrible company

  👎HORRIBLE. Been told 2 days straight a 1 day express overnight package was being delivered to me. I must be here to sign for it. 8am to 8pm delivery time waiting to receive it. Get a message at 10pm it's not coming. No one can tell me a close delivery time. No one can tell me where my package is exactly. 2 DAYS OF MY WASTED TIME AND LIES. Received messages throughout both days it's on its way and being delivered I must be here to sign for it just to not receive it at all. FEDEX IS HORRIBLE. I'm literally 45 mins from the hub.

  I was supposed to have a package delivered between 1 and 3. The driver showed up at like 11, so 2 hours. Early. My package required a signature. I showed app 20 minutes after the driver had left called and said, is there any way we could get ahold of the driver? And try to have him re deliver the personal of the phone, got an attitude and said, I'm just customer service that's not possible. Which it is possible, because Amazon and UPS have both done this for me before and USPS has done, so them just not even going to attempt to try to get me the $5000 worth of merchandise that I was expecting today between 1 and 3. So I asked, when is it expected to be delivered next? She said 12 AM but the driver might try to get here whenever so I asked. Should I just call out a work for the next 2 days? If I have to make sure I'm here, and there's no determined time when this driver might show up. And the lady told me I was being difficult. Honestly, the worst possible service I'd ever received from any of the major shipping companies like pathetic
