  This is the first time my Ring camera actually caught one of their delivery drivers throwing a package on my porch. He threw it once, and it fell to the top step, then threw it a second time then quickly snapping a picture and running off. I am not able to post the video to Google but the package clearly says FRAGILE with big red stickers on it. (I tried to screenshot the video to show the throws.) Over the years, I have had several packages left at the bottom of the steps, that were probably tossed, just so they would not be detected by cameras that would prove how awful their deliveries are. FedEx, you are more than welcomed to reach out and I will send you the video. It seems like your drivers might need more training on what certain stickers mean on packages, which honestly seems like a ridiculous thing to request…from a delivery company.

  Drove 30 minutes to this store to send my work tablet back to my employer, everything prepaid, and the girl sent me away because I didn't have a battery sticker. 🙄 Out of all the 250 reps in my company, I'm the ONLY rep who had this issue. They should have those in stock. I went to the UPS store and got one. Ridiculous! She showed me the sticker on her phone, like that was helpful. Gee thanks.

  It's exactly as you would expect for a packing ship fairly friendly And always willing to take those Amazon returns. I pray that they don't close because they should be busier.
