Literally took the mail out of my mailbox (prescription medicine included), and now are telling me I have to come back to the location the next day to pick up my mail, despite the letter they left in my mailbox telling me to come to pick up my mail.
Removing mail from my mailbox because it’s “full” because all they put in there is spam mail from literal credit card company’s I’ve never heard of. Absolute joke. Can’t even order medicine to my own home which I own without the post office literally holding my mail hostage.

Google needs to create 0 stars just for the employee that works at the passport service. It’s been 7 years that I’ve been going to that location, and that same employee is still working at the passport service. She is consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t understand how someone who lacks basic communication and customer service skills is placed in a role that requires helping people. This has been an ongoing issue over the years, not a one-time experience. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it impacts the overall experience for many people who rely on this service.

My son and I arrived at the office to renew his passport. We arrived at 9:45 during walk in hours. No other people were waiting, but the employee had a family of 5 at her desk. We sat down to wait our turn. She stated that she would not be able to help us today, even though the walk in hours are until 10:30 and no one else was waiting! We had all of our paperwork filled out, along with the photos. All we really needed to do was sign and turn in the documents. She was very rude to us and basically just told us to leave because she wouldn't be able to help us, even though there was no one else there waiting!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This lady was just plain rude!

As far as this location along with the main street downtown, they are by far the best two locations as far as staff helping you and going the extra mile. This is not for the overall post office but for the Nandino and Main Street locations themselves.
