- SMSavannah M2 days ago1.0I visited this post office yesterday and was genuinely appalled by the rude and inconsiderate behavior I both witnessed and personally experienced from the two women working behind the counter. I have never been made to feel like such an inconvenience simply for trying to send a package, and I can only imagine how the man ahead of me (who was treated even more disrespectfully) must have felt. I remained patient and kind throughout the interaction, though the way I was treated certainly did not make that easy. When customers are simply asking employees to perform the basic responsibilities of their job, a little courtesy and respect should not be too much to expect. I understand that people sometimes project their own frustration onto others, so I try not to take these interactions personally. However, this kind of treatment could genuinely be someone’s last straw on an already difficult day. The customer service at this location needs serious improvement.

I scheduled it for delivery today the 31st I couldn’t stay at home all day waiting for it so eventually I went to the post office to ask when it would come or if I could get it rescheduled for pick up tomorrow instead of delivery, the package was never on the truck to get delivered today. The lady just handed it to me. Worst shipping company.
