Absolutely the rudest USPS clerk I’ve ever dealt with. An older woman with short gray hair spoke down to me and insulted me in front of my 6 year old for no reason. No one is born knowing every USPS policy or process, and basic kindness and professionalism go a long way. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel embarrassed for asking questions.

Charlie was great. The new full time lady that works there most of the week days...can't remember her name but she is amazing. There was a period there after Charlie but before she took over full time that was hit or miss. Not wandering if the packages I send out from my business are going to be scanned or not is something I no longer have to worry about. She always goes the extra mile for the people who come in there. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but I have repeat customers who expect things to get there quickly...and if there's a huge line and I have to just drop it off it used to be a 50/50 on whether it would get scanned or not in the 48 hrs since being put in the mail bin....then I have people thinking I'm being lazy sending it out bc it wasn't scanned for 2 days after dropoff. Now since she has been here I've not missed one single scan(one day she was off and I had to drop my stuff off instead of visibly watching him scan it ---> never got scanned until it was in Louisville 2 days later....even when I have to leave my stuff at the window bc the labels are prepaid, I know for a fact she will get them. Even puts them in a small box/letter holder as sometimes they fall through that thing that holds packages for the day(not the orange bucket but the one right behind the desk that almost looks like jail bars)...only reason I even go there is so I can get the scan for my customers. Makes it so much easier when you've got someone who knows what they're doing so it's not a complete mess. Whatever she's making...they need to double it as 95% of the time it seems like she's literally the only person there(she's def the only one at the window). This one single person has changed the way I view the post office. Having someone happy to help and not irritated that they have to help you(and honestly I get why someone would be irritated with a customer that takes 15 minutes and they show up with the address and the item.) as a customer being behind this person is nightmare inducing. If you aren't printing your own label you're doing it wrong....and being totally inconsiderate by not at least packing and putting the address on the box. The post office has all the different service(overnight, ground advantage, priority, etc) labels you would need and little kiosk things to fill them out while you're standing in line. If you've had issues in the past I would give it another try. It was all over the place there for a minute and had a new worker every day. Think I may have interacted with the same lady that another review mentioned as they were around the same timeline. Seriously though, give them a chance again. There's construction going next door to it so the roads are really tight.... Try to go on a rainy day.
