  I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with returns at this location until today. I had several returns, and I was a little confused because Amazon's instructions were unclear. That is nobody's problem except Amazon and mine to figure out. The lady that was helping me was clearly very agitated from the start. I told her I was confused because I didn't know which items were which because they were unmarked, and she turned around and said "I'm just going to keep my mouth shut." I didn't say anything because everybody's allowed to have a bad day. This entire experience lasted maybe 3 minutes total. I was in and out, no longer than any other trip to this location has ever taken me. And I'm a very patient and kind person. There was no reason for me to be impatient because there wasn't a line, there was no delay. However, as I was walking out the door, the employee yelled to me, in front of other customers "Patience is a virtue." I am sure she was having a bad day, and I know customers can be incredibly rude so I try not to do the same, as I have worked in the service industry for years. It's also hot, and we all get grumpy when we're hot, so I try to give people grace. However, shouting at me in front of other customers and implying that I was rude, when I was nothing but patient and kind, is incredibly unprofessional. If this is the type of behavior I can expect coming back to this location, I will do my business at another UPS store.

  I was passing by and needed to make an amazon return, the two gentleman at the counter were very nice and scanned my return despite the store technically being closed. It was my mistake but they didn't make me feel bad about it, just simply informed me. I said sorry and that I could come back but they said it was no problem at all. Good location, never had an issue!

  I love this store they are always so kind and helpful and treat me with respect. All are that way but today these team members were again very helpful and kind. Skyler, Maci, and Gabe. The best!!!!
