  I got everything I needed but the worker Janayha was really rude and on her phone the whole time, I needed help and was at the front and she just didn’t help and someone else had to assist me. She was sitting the whole time as well, didn’t move to help anyone. She was also very rude, snappy, and rolled her eyes infront of me and the other worker. The few times I’ve come in to UPS and she’s been there it’s always the same experience.

  The way I’m treated when I go in. They are very kind and friendly and never ask questions, just take my package and give me a receipt with a smile,!

  Doesn’t matter who I work with here, every time I have been has been a quick and pleasant experience. This is the 3rd closest UPS store to me, but I make the drive each time because it’s worth it.
