  This is the friendliest, most helpful UPS store location in Lex. The Richmond Rd. store is closest to me but I avoid them if at all possible. I will drive out of my way to the Tates Creek Rd location instead. The employees at Tates Creek are very friendly, they greet customers and actually smile. They are always patient, kind, and helpful.
