I've used this UPS Store for years for a work-based mail address among other services, and it has been fantastic. The team members are consistently friendly. Even when it's busy, they seem to work diligently to help as people as efficiently as possible. Overall I'm very pleased with the services they provide, and I'm happy to rate them 5 stars. They deserve it.

I have got to give a shout out to Makayla Riley at the Tates Creek store. Walked in, no one in line. Greeted with a beautiful smile sayin welcome. Well, as typical within 5 minutes there was a line. Well, that line wasn't there too long. While the system was processing my package, she was able to clear out the line in less than 5 minutes, all with a smile. If she was stressed it most certainly didn't show. I could go to others, but I think Tates Creek is now my store.
