  I do not appreciate the way employee Zoe had a nasty attitude and terrible customer service, she definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public, especially when she started throwing a temper tantrum in the store! She needs to be fired!

  I went into this store to have some things shredded and Sydney waited on me. She was very helpful and I will continue to come to this location in the future.

  I called and talked to Jigar on the phone about some prints I needed and gave me an exact price of how much it would be. I get there and get my prints and the last page of the pdf messed up. He reprints it and then charges me for the extra page that was messed up. He says it wasn't his fault it was messed up but it wasn't mine either because the other pages printed fine. He told me on the phone that it's 29¢ a page for color and he ended up charging me 49¢ a page - even for the extra one that the printer messed up. He told me on the phone that it would only be $2 and some change and it came to $4. Yes, it's only a couple of dollars but it's the fact that I'm being charged for HIS mistake. Will not be coming here again, even if they are open later than most UPS stores.

  Billy was very friendly and helpful and made my Amazon return quick and easy!
