  Would be zero stars if I could. So unhelpful returning Amazon package. Making me print out my own return label, then refusing it because it “isn’t good enough” and then making me pay for them to print it themselves. Unhelpful.

  always come here to return my packages from amazon and ship off items. Adrianna was so helpful and kind when I had issues. Best customer service in Lexington hands down

  They told me that in order for me to sign my power of attorney over to my husband (co-owner of car) he would have to be present and sign power of attorney to himself since he’s co-owner. I was like, that’s absurd. Let me speak to your super. Mr super said he overheard and agrees that my husband would have to sign power of attorney to himself to give himself power of attorney…. I went somewhere else and they told me that’s ridiculous. Total of 3 employees involved in this outrageous moment at this location.

  A very disappointing experience. First, I want to clarify that this review is not directed at the male employee who works there. I’ve interacted with him before, and he has always been very helpful. My printer at home broke, so I went to the store to print some documents. When I asked how to print, the employee simply gave me an email address in a rather cold manner. She didn’t explain or ask anything about how I wanted the documents printed, whether I wanted them single- or double-sided, etc. I also wasn’t told the price beforehand, and I didn’t see the pricing posted anywhere in the store. After the documents were printed, they were just left sitting there until I asked about them. I then realized that more than 60 pages had been printed single-sided. I understand that this may be the default setting, but I think customers should at least be asked about their printing preferences beforehand. Then I went to pay and found out it cost me $19! I’ve honestly never paid that much for basic printing, especially since I used to print at FedEx regularly. What made the experience even more frustrating was that about 20 minutes later, I realized they had completely missed one of my Word documents—and it was probably the most important document I needed. They didn’t print it, but they also never told me that anything was missing. By the time I noticed, I had no choice but to write the entire thing out by hand. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication throughout the whole process.
