  Have been trying to get to this store for 3 days to return an expensive Amazon item. They have been closed or can’t print the label required.

  Honestly what a terrible experience I had today. The girl that “helped” me was so rude and fought me on every step. I had two different transactions I needed to make: 1) ship an already packed box 2) buy a box, package it, then ship She literally fought me every step of the way. When I requested to put the items in the box on my own she acted like I was committing a crime. Rudely stating “packing the box was the whole point of her job”. Hello?! As the customer I am allowed to pack my own box if I step away and out of the line, which was planning on and happy to do! I was sending a gift and wanted it put together a certain way inside the box. I thought that seemed normal. But apparently not. After I stepped away and put my gift together in the box, when I went back to then ship it she was gone. Ran away to the back room. Someone else had to help me.. which was fine but ridiculous. She was particularly rude and condescending to me, and I saw two guys making snarky comments at me in the back after this interaction. 0/5 stars if I could. They need to reevaluate their customer service training majorly. I will find another location.
