They took the return but were very discouraging about me using the fax (even though its self-service) because it was close to their closing time so I decided not use their fax service due to their attitude. Their customer service was extremely poor and about as far from going the extra mile in helping their customers as you can get.

He handled everything quickly, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire experience stress-free and honestly enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly values customers. Because of Jeff, I’ll absolutely continue using Staples for future needs and recommending this location to everyone I know. Management needs to recognize what an asset he is because employees like him are the reason people come back. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough.
