I needed a stackable paper tray, I looked and found one for $22 for a piece of one and I needed a few teays so for a plastic stacki g letter tray with 3 trays was almost $70, no thank you. Staff was nowhere to be found.

Went to this location for an item that showed online as 45 in stock. I was there as soon as they opened this morning at 10am, and the 2 employees I saw already looked like they wanted to be somewhere else and didn’t want to be bothered. I made my way to the back of the store to find the item I wanted and couldn’t find it. I then went out to my vehicle to get my phone to locate the item or stock # so I could ask for assistance at front desk/registers in finding the item. As I approached the 2 employees at the front, they were still giving off the vibe of not wanting to be bothered, and as I asked for assistance with looking up the item to see where it may be in the store, I asked the employee if she needed the item or stock # to look it up, and her response in a rude tone was to just show her a picture of it. I then showed the pic from website and her immediate response was WE DON’T HAVE THAT ITEM HERE. If the website says there are 45 IN STOCK at this location, and your employees won’t assist customers by looking up the item in your system to confirm, and wants me to provide a picture of the item from my phone, then obviously neither of the employees working this morning should be in a customer service role. However, I did leave this location and went to Office Depot, got my item I wanted, and experienced AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The only reason I go to Staples anymore is to return Amazon products. This particular Staples has really downsized. The Office applies and turned it into party city. So half the store is party city and the other half is Staples. That’s sad.
