I've lived in L'Burg for over a dozen years and have always been impressed with their customer service. Always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Not to beat a dead horse, as this place obviously is a black hole of despair from the reviews, but my packages are consistently bent and torn even though they're marked, "do not bend" or "fragile". Then to top it off, the employees are usually lazy and late to open even with a 9am start time. I already have to take off work just to go in there, you could at least open shop at the time printed on the building. What happened to the good ol' days when post offices were open before work? 9am start... I've already been at work for an hour and a half at that point.

Very inconsiderate mail delivery on a rainy day the mail man shoved so many items into my mailbox that my mail came out the backside of the mailbox and soaked my mail. Thanks a lot.

hate this place, they’re always holding back packages and my packages are constantly getting delayed from the delivery date and whenever you try to call or you go into ask if you can pick it up they’re too lazy to get the actual package and they’re too lazy to actually deliver the package to your house and I’m tired of it and they always stuff packages in the mailbox even when it’s fragile it’s like they don’t actually care about their job. This place sucks so much. It’s like nobody cares. What they’re doing. It’s like they have no work ethic and when you go to drop off a package, the constantly making it feel like it’s the worst thing in the world like they hate their life or something and the fact that you’re even there I’m tired of having my packages be delayed, especially whenever I need them by a specific date I made an order two weeks ago and it was supposed to get here the 14th and then it got delayed until the 16th and then it got delayed until the 18th and now it’s supposed to get here today but it’s not getting here Today. I’m tired of this. You guys need to do better.

The reason for 1 star is because of issues of them NOT clearing snow and ice from their sidewalks for up to two weeks after it snows. Because of disabilities twice I've had to get someone that was going g into the post office to carry my prepaid postage packages in because it was totally unsafe foe people with disabilities to get in.
