  Had a post man bypass my no trespassing sign because it was sprinkling, he wanted to make it easier on himself and walk through my front grass. After him creating a problem, while I was trying to corral my four dogs. He continued standing there continuing the problem. I asked him if he was stupid and how could he miss the sign. Two weeks go by without receiving mail, I call up to see if there's a problem. Was told the mailman came back and reported that I chased him with a knife. The lady even said that they called the police and made a report. So my mail was stopped. When I asked why no one has contacted me, or where the fake reports was made so I could send my video camera footage. Or if they wanted to speak with the four guys installing my living room floor or even my son and his mother. The lady at the fort Mitchell post office that said she was in charge just said I'm done talking to you and hung up, Thank you to the Covington post office for giving me advice and letting me know what the proper channels to take are. It's really scary that someone can get their feelings hurt, go back and make up such a lie. And the next thing you know your bills are no longer coming, have to figure out how to reroute your ATM card. I'm told to go to Ludlow post office apply for a PO box. And just let bygones be bygones about the postman that made a false report.

  I have not had any mail delivered in the past 7 days. Yet your daily email says I now have 7 pieces of mail that SHOULD have been delivered over the past 5 days. NONE have arrived. I asked the carrier where my mail is. He gave me the standard response. He only delivers what they give him. He SAYS he does not have my mail. SO WHERE IS IT ?? So not only is Cincinnati distribution center messed up, so is Crescent Springs local office.

  Im not sure what kind of incompetent drivers they have but something needs to change. And good luck trying to ever get a person on the phone, took 10 minutes just to bypass their AI automated machine. Absolutely ridiculous.
