- JCJ CAug 25, 20261.0I would strongly recommend keeping your tracking number and receipt any time you drop off a package here. Packages seem to have a way of “disappearing,” and when you try to follow up, you may be told there’s no record of the drop-off. Even though there are cameras inside the post office, getting anyone to acknowledge what happened can be extremely frustrating. Keep your receipt, keep your tracking number, and don’t leave without proof that your package was accepted.

Some reviewers seem to be assessing their mail delivery rather than the post office service at this physical location, which is unfortunate as I believe it is driving down the rating score average. I explicitly went to this post office location because I recalled that I got good service in the past (normally I go to locations in Cincinnati, but I happened to be on the south side of the river today).
