  I was publicly humiliated and denied service by the owner of this location. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a neurological condition that causes cognitive processing and speech delays, especially when trying to multitask or under stress. While waiting for my husband at the counter, I was texting him to see where he was while the owner began asking me questions. Because of my MS, my brain experienced a processing lag.Instead of showing basic professional patience, the owner chose to be passive-aggressive, sarcastically asking if I was "mailing my cell phone" and accusing me of having an "attitude." When I realized what she was saying, I tried to apologize and explain that I was simply confused. She refused my apology and attempt to resolve the misunderstanding, loudly called me "nasty" in front of a full lobby of customers, and had an employee back her up.When I asked for a manager, she bragged that she owns this store and another location, stated "we are done," and ordered me out of the building. To penalize a customer and deny them service because a medical condition causes a speech or processing delay is a violation of basic human decency and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Corporate and the Department of Justice have been formally notified. Disabled patrons, please beware of this establishment.

  The customer service was great! They were polite and helpful they went out of their way to fix a mistake I had made with the drop off. I have been here often and every time I’m here I am treated respectfully and with a smile it’s very refreshing.

  The employees are friendly and go out of their way to assist with any shipping, packaging, laminating projects, etc that customers may have.
