- SPsteve petersMay 20, 20251.0They seem to have no idea what is going on. I've been waiting for them to deliver & assemble an eliptical. They've tried 4× now & they can't get their paperwork right. They keep telling me that their mistakes are something that I have to reach out to DICKS sporting goods about. I will never use them for anything & will not do business with DICKS again until they stop using AIT. They are the worst logistics company in the world- hands down. Zero stars is a more accurate rating. Don't use AIT. For better results; grab a couple of random homeless people & a bicycle.
