- TTTravis ThomasJun 10, 20261.0Horrible service and Horrible people, went to post office to pick up package cause wont be home tomorrow, have had packages stolen from my home so I called and was told to go pick it up at my post office, 20 miles later I gst there and I'm told in a very nasty manner that I cant have my package, this place is a joke and completely unacceptable, there needs to be a change made in Hazard Kentucky tired of people not wanting to do their jobs ,,will be calling USPS Corporate EVERYDAY until this is resolved.....if I'm treated worse over this review then I'll contact my attorney...
- MMMikeApr 12, 20252.0Sometimes they deliver packages that won’t fit in the mailbox, sometimes they don’t. Either way, the tracking always says to expect a delivery only to find out about 730pm that the package was in fact returned to the post office. On a Saturday this means I have to wait until I get off work on Monday at 430 and race to the post office by 5pm to collect the package(s). Also, on Saturdays the carrier is hit and miss—I’m pretty sure things just don’t get delivered sometimes. The timing of deliveries is never consistent. Very unsatisfied, especially over the last few years.
