- HJHenry JackJul 12, 20261.0Watch out sorting center in glasgow decided it's ok to take a 2k package. Even the people at sort center is behind it to. Cover up. I contact the main office and opened an internal investigation on these fouls. Thieves deserve prison. Feds called me and welp im pushing the issue. No package ever left their facility except maybe in Joe toms truck home. I have video of no delivery except all the cheap crap.
- LALeslie AntleMay 14, 20261.0I’ve recently started using the Glasgow office on Main Street, normally in the past a easy transaction, but in the last month they have an employee “Austin” and I’m not sure if he thinks he’s funny or just lazy. But he, for the last two visits has caught me before I even turn the corner with my packages to tell me I’ve used the wrong boxes. I try to correct each time he refuses to let me ship and today I had two plan brown boxes. He told me they were ups boxes and refused to ship because I reused a brown box with an old shipping label that could be covered up. I went .3 miles to the other office and was met with open arms by a fill in clerk. He is very anti shipping or customer service. It’s almost as he thinks it’s not the postal services job to insure packages ship.
