  I have no idea what's wrong with Georgetown FedEx. Every other companies drivers are great, follow delivery instructions. Every single time I get a FedEx package though it's left at the end of my driveway in the grass. I get packages covered in bugs, wet from rain, sometimes damaged. I have called customer service and lodged a complaint 3 times about this but nothing changes. I made sure my delivery settings said front porch, still no. I'd get it if I had a long difficult driveway or something but I don't. I even have a turnaround for delivery drivers. At this point I can only imagine its laziness. I would stop using FedEx altogether if I could but you don't know the shipper when you order things online. Im not sure what else to do at this point. Put up a sign?? Also some people order things and expect them to be delivered to their front door because they are heavy and cannot lift them due to disability, injury, age etc. that way they can unpackaged at their door to bring them in. I have a hurt arm and had to drive down my driveway, in the rain, struggle to lift a soaked and bug ridden heavy package in my car (then getting my car seat wet and buggy) with my hurt arm and drive it back up to my house and then struggle to get it out further hurting my arm. Basically do the guys job for him. I had to turn delivery notifications on so that every time I get a package from them I have to rush down there because it's often raining, so my package doesn't get wet. Luckily I'm at home a lot but if I wasn't my package would get ruined. It's lazy and inconsiderate. Not to mention packages I've received damaged because of this laziness. I had to have manufacturers make a whole new product and send because it was damaged sitting out there. Another package was a tiny one that could not be seen in the grass and sat down there all weekend through a flood and was soaked. Luckily it didn't get taken away by the flood. I'm sick and tired of this. I'm usually not a complainer but this is ridiculous. I've had delivery drivers that had to leave packages at the end of the driveway before if there was lots of snow and they couldn't get up the driveway or once a power line was down, but they at least put the package in a plastic bag so it wouldn't get wet. Fedex does not care. Their default it leaving it down there even when it's raining, even when there's a flood watch for the area. They don't give a crap.

  FedEx didnt make my delivery date and I wouldn't be home to recieve it the next time. I tried to change to pick up at a non fed ex site on the app, but it wouldn't let me even though it was listed as an option. However, it did let me pick the FedEx facility in Georgetown which was an hour away. Everything went easy and was worth the hour drive to pick up. Im not mad about the delivery not making it on the original day. Im just glad I could pick it up. I wish this was an option on the site I bought my items from.

  This is how my driver delivers your package. I wish I had wrote his name down when looking at my tracking status. This guy need some SERIOUS discipline or to FIRED!! no doubt. I have ontacted customer service with NO help, so I decided to call WLKY to investigate Georgetown FEDEX and there delevery protocol. They said they will investigate and get back to me. I know they will. SHAME on FedEx in Georgetown for the grief we must endure. I am a disabled man, that has strict instructions on a driver delivery details. Guess they can't read. I have also posted pictured to my social media accounts, so everyone can see what the driver did. See photos, my bldg entrance and where my package ended up.
