I don't know who that clown is, but it's a shame we share the same last name. Thank you to all @ this location for their dedication and service. I've worked @ logistics companies for almost 11 years now myself. I know the struggles that play into this industry. Everyone @ this location has always been kind and helpful, and I wish people could appreciate that. I didn't realize how much of a bad rep this place of business gets, not until I saw the bad reviews as a result. It's largely unjustified. That being said you don't accuse a customer of "writing a bad review", but I'll choke that up to holiday stress.
