- SMsharkboyle mannMay 5, 20261.0Absolutely useless. Mail put in wrong mailbox, had to go in 3 times to find out said information. Then “nothing we can do about it, file a claim” how about fire your incompetent employees? I’ve never had so much of an issue getting my mail til moving here.
- KBK BMay 2, 20261.0You won’t be able to reach them by call. Last week my mail carrier delivered a college diploma and shoved it in my mailbox damaging it. After trying and trying through the automated system I was able to let someone know what happened and file a report. I had to pay $50 for a replacement and today when that arrived, the same thing happened, it is bent and damaged. I would like my diploma but do not want to keep putting money into it if it’s going to be damaged by my mail carrier. I can’t even get ahold of the office itself, just their call center who says they will reach out but clearly didn’t as the issue happened again. Also any time I have showed up in person to send a package out or for whatever my needs are, staff has usually been rude. Do better!!
- ADAdam DawsonApr 9, 20261.0I came in to buy a stamp for my mom’s birthday card-something simple but meaningful-and before I could even say anything, the careless employee picked an ugly, random stamp and slapped it on the envelope crooked. It completely ruined the look of the envelope. I saw a nice flower stamp on the counter and since it is spring, she loves flowers, and goes with the pink envelope, that would have been perfect! I’d appreciate being able to choose and place the stamp myself next time. It wasn’t even very busy, just poor customer service.
