  My go to for everything office related. Went to get some copies made and lamination, but the cashier told me it would cost about 1/2 the price to just buy the laminator and sheets. Thats customer service!

  Was in line behind Jenn, the lady who just wrote a 1 star review about her business cards. I am a regular here and refuse to let someone talk about their staff and lie about the interaction. Lady walks up to customer and says she's there for pickup. Employee grabbed her cards and immediately the customer came at her with attitude. Customer says cards look like sh*t and asked employee why she even bothered giving them to her. Employee explains she is not the one who printed the order nor binned them so this was also her first time seeing them. Employee offered to send the order to facility that can edit them and have them back in 2 days or to refund the order but explained they do not have the editing tool in house to fix cards submitted online. Customer kept going on about why the employees even bothered to give her the cards and continue printing them. She was asked if she did the cards online or in store with an employee... lady states she did them in store with an employee and made up her own card. After several minutes of this lady explaining how she'll never use staples again and how bad the cards looked... the employee set the pen and paper down letting the customer know she can sign anywhere whenever she's ready. There was a solution offered, she was just too busy expecting royalty after treating the worker like trash. I work with both the print lady's atleast once every 2 weeks for my cards and have never once had an issue. They are always extremely helpful, patient and kind. Very fast service and very easy service if you know how to follow simple guidelines on a website. You have to approve your proof of what your cards will look like before even submitting the order let alone paying for it🤣🤣🤣🤣 Keep working on print ladies, I see you!!! And I appreciate you!!!!

  Horrible. Will not use them for any print job ever again. I paid $50 for business cards that will be going in the trash because they didn't center the design so the border that goes around it isn't an even thickness. Why they would even print them after seeing that is was misaligned is beyond me. And when seeing my displeasure with it, the girl that was checking me out didn't offer any solutions or anyway of fixing it for me. Instead, she just threw the pen down at me for me to sign for them. And since I had already paid for them when I put the order in I felt like all I could do was to go ahead and take them. Horrible service, horrible customer service. I don't recommend them at all. And to the "Staples (owner)" person that responds to these reviews but never does anything to make a difference, just don't.
