- VWValerie WinebrennerSep 26, 20265.0My God. I’m standing at the post office mailing packages to my family overseas, and I honestly cannot believe how rude some people can be. I came in later in the afternoon because I was trying to be courteous and avoid the busier time. There were three other people who came in while I was there. The mail clerk kindly explained that she was processing international packages and that it would take her a little longer. Two of them became extremely rude with her. I stepped in for one of them and explained that I was mailing packages to my daughter and son-in-law, who are serving in the military overseas. Then the last person became upset because she had to wait. Wait. At the post office. 😳 What in the world?! We wonder why customer service jobs are so hard to fill, but then we watch people treat employees who are working hard and doing their best like this. If we want food, we wait. If we need gas, we wait. If we go shopping, sometimes we wait. Why have we gotten to the point where a few extra minutes of patience feels like such an inconvenience? The mail clerk was working alone, processing international packages, and doing her job. She deserved patience and basic kindness—not attitude. And honestly, I want to say thank you to her for taking the time to process my packages and get them on their way to my military family. ❤️ I appreciate you, and I appreciate the work you do. And yes, I’ll gladly wait a little longer when it means my daughter and son-in-law get a little piece of home overseas. 🇺🇸❤️ Thank you Tari!

Dealing with customers is not her strong point. I don't get her very often but when I do you can count on her being short and rude everytime. Guess she is consistant.
