- AKAlaina King2 days ago1.0If a signature is required they don’t even attempt delivery. They just leave a note saying they missed you. This has happened to us consistently despite us being home. And when you try to call no one answers.
- CMCaitlyn MewsAug 26, 20261.0Zero stars if I could. I’ve been trying to do my change of address and forward to my P.O. Box there for 2 months. Thought it was finally done on the 8th. Come to find out I’m still not getting any mail and as of today they’re supposed to be forwarding to my new address. Surprise, they didn’t. And now the mail from the old address is apparently going to be sent to the “forwarding dept” in Louisville and I have to wait at least another week to receive it even though they admitted it should’ve never gone there today. It’s been a different story and add on to things I have to do just to get my mail every single time I’ve gone in there. Every single week apparently I didn’t do something and have to refill out another sheet. I’m beyond fed up and filing a complaint thru the website. Had a check I should’ve gotten by now and now won’t get until next week from their negligence and laziness. I’ve never had any of these issues when moving ever before.
