  Costumer Service member 322902 is always rushing costumers with their transactions. Their was no one else in the store the last two times I visited the store. She does not want to take the time to listen to the costumers and attention to address details. I mail package to the same address but sometime the mail need so be sent to different departments in the ATTN: line. I intercepted a piece of mail this morning because she seen the address pop up on the screen and didn't change the ATTN: line which means my mail would be sent back or not reach the proper department at immigration. They have very specific departments to whom provide certain services. I drive 25 miles to use UPS for my business purpose's. I even signed up for premium choice membership to try and correct the address my self but had to call a customer service agent to intercept the package correct the address which is great but now will arrive a day later. Customer Service Agent 322902- customers use UPS for reliability and reassurance their packages are going to be delivered and in a timely manner to the correct persons. Please don't treat people like we are wasting your time. Our mail is important and we pay a good price for your services.

  The store employees were quick and friendly. We walked in and within one minute a smiling woman greeted us and asked how she could help us. We returned some items and she thanked us for our business and we were out the door a minute later.
