- JOJennifer OldreadDec 3, 20242.0I don't know who the little short woman at the post office is that works at the front desk but she seriously needs some customer service training. I wait in line for a little while and when she calls me up I tell her I want to send a package. She asked if I needed a label and I said yes so she slams one on my box. I hand write out the label, which took me less than 30 seconds, and as I'm doing this she walks away. I'm standing there still waiting for her to come back and instead she goes to walk by, stops, looks at me and says "you can go ahead and get back in line, I'm going to lunch" and walks off. Everyone else there has been wonderful whenever I deal with them but that lady needs to go. If you're unhappy in your job then go find somewhere else to work

They were very rude when I said the tiny item was not in my mailbox. The order was very small and lightweight and must have been put on the porch and not in the mailbox with the other mail I received that day. It had blown down the street two houses and was found, wet and nasty since it rained yesterday, in a neighbors yard. For a tiny, lightweight item, put it INSIDE the mailbox. The person on the phone was VERY hateful and rude when I said I received everything but that item. I had to search my neighborhood to find it.
