- ELE LJun 8, 20261.0Incapable of doing their job. After 10 years of living in Crestwood, we’ve always had horrible service. Between running a business out of my home, to dealing with personal packages. There is always an excuse why items cannot be picked up or delivered no matter how convenient you try to make it for them. I know usps is hurting for business because I was contacted by their senior sales department last week for switching to ups. Too many unresolved damaged shipments and loss of business do to postal negligence. Tracy I’ll be sure to pass your name over to the manager that’s contacting me this week. You’re always nasty on the phone and incapable of helping anyone in the community. Neighbors talk, it’s a small town.
