Came in to ship a package out but walked out because my presence seemed like a big inconvenience to “Rod.” He was taping up a box and I guess i interrupted his work. I was glad to find a place open on Saturday at 240 in the afternoon to ship something out. But I don’t give my business to people who lack customer service. If you hate your job… find another one.

There is a customer I greeted three times and he did not return the greeting, I was completely upset and I was worried about leaving, but I waited, and I sent my goods.

Thank you very much to Eddie, working at this fedex on 5/29/2026 at roughly 12:45pm, who went out of his way to help us even when we didn't ask him to. He was very kind and I really appreciated his service. Thank you, Eddie!
