  Lots of room for improvement on Customer Service from the staff this morning. I was in the store waiting in line for over 10 minutes without the worker acknowledging that I was in the store. There was a man in front of me who had one QR code and was trying to ship multiple packages with it. The worker explained to him that the QR code was only for one package and that he would need another QR code so he should contact the store he purchased the product from. As someone who has worked in retail, my instinct would’ve been to politely ask the man to step aside while he finds another QR code and then help the next customer in line. I asked the worker if he would mind to hand me my pick up order while the man is looking for the QR code because I had already paid for my order and all I needed was for it to be handed across the counter. I said it should be very quick it should only take a few seconds if he wouldn’t mind. I had even asked the man in front of me if it was OK for the worker to help me and grab my prints and the man in front of me said it was fine. But when I asked the worker for help, he glared at me and was visibly irritated that I had asked him to help. He went so far as to passive aggressively talk to the other man and say that he’d be able to finish helping him in just a moment. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be purchasing any more prints from this location.

  Very courteous and professional. Actually had carts to bring packages in on unlike the other FedEx where they just make you scan everything yourself and then take it from you and throw it into a box.

  It’s 10:15 am on 2/7/26 and no one is here to open. Doors are locked. Highly unprofessional as I have an overnight package that needs to get shipped
