The print was ruined beyond just quality issues, the lines of the illustration are messed up in a way i don’t even know how to replicate. Employees told me it was my fault because of the quality of the file, and there was also no way to get it reprinted because the machine was broken beyond repair at the moment. This was not a file quality issue, it clearly is a result of the failing printer. But I don’t like to argue so I just said “ok.” No refund offered, no apology. I really really try to be understanding as I’ve worked customer service my whole life but this is beyond frustrating as it’s for a wedding that’s this weekend.included are the print and the file I shared. Won’t be printing anything important here anymore.

Another staff who was helping a different customer finally came over to help us. Don't bother here. Only 1 staff working on a Wednesday night. Waited at ups drop off and was not acknowledged even after the cashier finished ringing the one customer in the building. Another walked in by the time I walked over to her, and another after me. She told me I needed to wait at the ups drop off. I had to wait for every person that walked in to be rung out before I could drop off my packages that were already labeled. Do not use for UPS drop off unless you have time to hang around.
