If I could give The UPS Store in Central City more than five stars, I absolutely would! I rolled in traveling for work, needing posters and flyers printed VERY last minute, while also attempting to Zoom into a board meeting because apparently I enjoy doing everything at once. 😂 He was SO patient, kind, and helpful. He got my printing handled, made sure I was connected to the WiFi so I could actually make it into my meeting, and never once made me feel like the chaotic stranger who had just walked into his store with 14 things happening at once. But my favorite part was watching him with everyone else. He knew so many customers by name, greeted people like friends, and was genuinely happy to help every person who walked through the door. It was just one of those unexpectedly uplifting moments. In a world where everyone is busy and rushing, it was really sweet to watch someone be so genuinely kind and willing to help people. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 kindness. And 100/10 grateful he helped keep my workday from completely going off the rails. 😂
